I looked forward to my appointment today. However the guy at the front desk who clearly doesn’t have much experience working with different insurance plans. Accused me of not having any coverage as he was on hold with my insurance. He also assumed that my plan was from the ‘marketplace’. I’m a business owner and where I purchase my plan from is none of his concern. I would suggest you all replace him or give him more customer service classes. I asked for my car back and said I would take my business elsewhere since the initial visit was a disaster.
